I brought my car to be fixed it took 2 months the day I received my car back it broke down on the way home I called the service desk to let them know and they refused to have it towed back to the shop. I finally got the car back to the shop where they told me nothing was wrong I looked under the hood of the car and it was missing hose's they said they would put them back on which they then refused to do. The price continued to climb up to $3200 when I went to pick up the car again it was throwing all kinds of codes I asked about that and they told me it would clear up and I could come back if I had any problems. The cars radio,ac,door locks,key faab, screen in back window and head rests no longer work. I called back spoke to Michelle who was extremely rude she transferred me to TJ who told me never to bring that car back again. I was finally able to get the number for Cal B**** the owner he said I did you a favor I told him "it was a service I paid you $3200 that's no favor" he called me ignorant and told me he never wanted to work on the car to begin with someone cut all the wires...they weren't cut when the car left my home. I expressed my concerns with him and he ignored me I let him know I would be contacting the BBB and news station he then said no good deed goes on punished I'm not sure what that meant. I asked them to make me a key and change my esp module and now my car is destroyed I would like a refund I don't mind paying for my key being made and labor but I feel like I was taken advantage of.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/12/28) */ We agreed to get this car running and nothing else. Wires have been cut and the car is an overall disaster due to previous people working on this car. We had to replace the ignition switch, steering column lock and the front Sam module. That is all we have done and all i will do. I am absolutely not issuing any kind of refund as we have digital approval for all work done.
