During late may, I ************************************, brought my 2011 ********** Jetta for a regularly scheduled oil change to the *************** Take 5 Oil Change location. Upon arrival, an employee of the location told me that the previous person who had preformed an oil change upon my vehicle(A previous employee of take 5) had ruined or otherwise removed my engine oil pan. The employee further stated that they would make it right by ordering a new one free of cost for my vehicle and that they would install it free of charge, as well as perform the aforementioned oil change at a later date. Since then, I have visited the location a total of 4 separate times, and each time they make myriad excuses about why they cannot install the oil pan or service my vehicle. I fear that my vehicles engine is receiving undue stress operating without a proper servicing, as I have a rather lengthy commute to and from my workplace(City of ***************************** every day. I seek restitution for the hours I have spent waiting for a service that was never performed, as well as for the promised installation and service on my vehicle to be carried out.Business response

With this complaint we called the customer when we got his oil pan in his girlfriend answered we ask her to pass word to him that we have his pan and for him to call us to set up a time for us to change it out. We didnt hear from him at all. He then came in for an oil change he said to my techs when greeted. Once we started we noticed the issue and asked the customer about it he then said ya just waiting on my oil pan. At that point our shop was slammed with cars and we stated to the customer that we have tried to call him and try at we need to be able to set up a good time so we can focus on his car alone. Since then we have called him and he has sent us straight to voicemail and again not returning our calls so that we can handle the situation. As for him coming in 4 times is false he came in first time for oil change. At that point we ordered his pan and said we will call you when it comes in. The second time he came his oil pan wasnt here and he was told that we would call him once it came in. Again we have tried to call him and we arent getting any response from him as we want the situation fixed does he?Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle with Mobil 1 oil to get the oil changed there. While there, they said I should get a radiator flush since my vehicle has 140,000 miles. Told them I had one a few years ago and they suggested I get one, so I said okay. They took the payment for the service, I drove away and after 8 miles parked while cleaning a Church building. After about two hours I left drove about four miles and went into a store for a few minutes. I drove about two miles from there and felt heat in the vehicle looked at gauges and saw for the first time ever it was overheated. I called take5 and told them. They told me to drive it there. I thought that didn't sound right, so I called back and asked them to come check it. They finally showed after I waited about forty minutes and after the coolant ran out they tried to fill it with; they called their mgr. They said to get it to Meineke, their parent company and they would check it out. I said how's it get there, and they said tow. I said I don't have a service for that so they called their place they use. After over an hour wait at over 90 degree temps outside on the side of the road, the tow company showed, spoke to him, came to get keys from me. I handed them to him and got his card. The meineke place never called. I called next day to see what they found out. They started quoting prices. I said the Take 5 place caused the problem they need to pay it not me. They called them, Take 5 mgr Danny called me and admitted calling the tow company himself and setting up Meineke to look at it. But said he wasn't paying for the tow, the diagnostics, nor the repair. The quote I got was $701.00 to do the repair needed after Take 5 did the radiator flush they had talked me into getting that also cost me 79.99. Currently I have no vehicle to drive, my vehicle needs repairs, I've had to cancel major appts I had today due to that. I need help please.Business response
