Simply attempting to get reimbursement for paying overage on parking fee, from June 06, 2023. Have not received any answers to correspondence with company. Provided everything that was needed, with no result. $16.00 is owed.Business response

As you can see, we do provide an address on the receipt to send it in for overpayment. Now, that we have this, it has been submitted to the accounting department for payment. This can take **** business days. We have no problem refunding for any overpayments as long as the receipt is submitted to us with the necessary information to issue a check. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will be waiting on my payment. The original was mailed out at the time of the overpayment, in June.

we went to pier 14 restaurant in myrtle beach. we had two handicap people with us with a valid handicap parking placard. there were no handicap spots at the lot 1102 s ocean blvd. myrtle beach, sc 29577. we had to pay $24. I am seeking reimbursement for this charge please. it was may 29, 2022 at 5:43 pm. receipt number XXXXXXXX. s/n XXXXXXXXXXXX. setting bay shore 2019. mach name machine 3. I was on vacation in Myrtle beach. I paid $20 to park. The machine charged my card twice. The one charge cleared but the other is still pending almost 2 weeks later. My bank is unable to clear the hold without confirmation from the merchant that they will not take the payment and I am unable to locate a number for the merchant to try and resolve this situation.Business response

On Friday October 29th I used the Parking Machine beside the Skywheel in Myrtle Beach. I inserted my card into the wrong slot and before I could get it back out the machine sucked it up. I have call the number listed on the signs and have left voicemails everyday since with no answer or return call??? is there anyone there ??? I wanted to see if they can retrieve my card ! ****Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/04) */ Our protocol for any debt or credit cards that are found in our machines are to call the customer support number on the back on the debt or credit card to let the bank institution know the debt card or credit card has been found. Bank institutions are unable to give us contact information for who the card belongs to. The bank institution suggests us to shred the card and we do so.
