We have been customers of Express 100 Pest Control for more than a decade...UNFORTUNATELY .. and had them service our rental property in Carolina Forest. We lived there for few years and during that time we have never seen them show up every 150 days to inspect the baits as per standard .. but at least we paid on the dot every year and they showed up 1 once/year !! Once we moved to a new home and made this a rental property.. things went downhill! Our tenants never saw anyone from pest control show up for inspection/ or spray .. and yet we were "religiously" paying them every year! Our contract had to be renewed every year in April ., and every year we paid for a service most probably this company never fully provided..?!?!?! Right at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic, our payment was delayed because they never sent out a bill with everything going on at the time..! We received 5-6 phone calls from their secretary- Linda to remind us to make the payment..! Once we paid and my husband called Linda and told her that our Tenants (disabled veterans ) are at home but haven't seen a technician show up there.. she claimed that they were really busy, but had us scheduled next week..!! Same story in 2021!! We called and asked again for the inspection and same music ..- next week we'll send a tech for inspection! Our tenants still did not see anyone showed up.. we chose to trust them until..now! We called the office ( end of May!) as we thought they might have been busy and did not schedule or charge us! Still on the phone - Ms. Linda. To our shock - she couldn't even find a file for us !!! We waited on their call, never received one! Called 2 more times! No file, no apology, no resolution.. whatsoever!! When we called for the 5-th time , extremely worried that the house might not have been treated for the last 2 years- a lady who claimed was a Manager, was was not able to give us any explanation but:- someone in the office canceled our contract with no notification!
