I gave pools and Palms (*******)$2000.00 cash on 3/3/23 for a save the date of October installation.I live in HOA community and was approved prior to deposit as well as permission from my neighbor that machinary would be a few feet on his property for the day of installation 32weeks after receiving my $2000.00 she sent me an email to print out for neighbor to sign He changed his mind and was sorry.I deseve my deposit back because contract was signed with verbal permission and wasnt told about form until after $ received When I went back to office her helper (****** ) said I can come back following day for refund and so I did When I got there ********************** told me its nonrefundableBusiness response

We have provided the BBB a document that *************************** signed, clearly showing and fully disclosing, that by signing our document her money/deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE. The benefit for her to sign this document and giving us the $2,000.00 non-refundable deposit, put her job/install her pool on our schedule. New contracts for pool installation could be 6 months to a year in the future. *************************** fully understood the terms and the advantages to her by signing the document and placing a non- refundable deposit with us. She does not deserve a refund.
