      I have issues with a man in Litus whom I was told was the person to contact for our neighborhood property management company. I do not receive responses to my email questions. As of today, I am still awaiting responses to my email question he received in August 2021. I do not receive any return phone calls. He states that he has phoned me several times but I printed my cell phone statements for 3 months to prove he has never called. At that point, he stated all communication needs to be thru email or USPS. I never receive email responses. I filled out the form to request to paint my house and submitted the form in May 2020. The painting contractor had quoted a fair price and I awaited approval. I inquired every month thru Sept. 2020 and just gave up. I finally brought the subject up again after waiting 6 weeks for a response from my roofing contractor to replace my roof. It took approx. 2 months to receive that approval and my attending an ARB meeting for which he never responded to my request of what time and when will the meeting occur. I also asked about my approval to paint my house. That was approved that evening as well, but the painting contractor has now stated (reasonably so, due to it being 16 months later) that the price increased considerably and he is busy at the moment and cannot schedule me for a couple months. This man has also disclosed to other residents of my neighborhood, fines he has assessed to my HOA account. When I inquired as to fines being assessed to neighbors, he told me he could not disclose any residents information. Yesterday, I formally requested a list of all violations and or fines assessed to homes in my community. I have not received a response nor acknowledgement from him but the HOA president did respond that she received my email and forwarded the request to this same man at Litus. The double standard and discrimination that I have been subjected to is intolerable. The neighborhood rules are arbitrarily applied, and fines that I have received are not applied to other residents for the exact same violations.

      In response to this comment from Litus: the only communication I receive from Chris M of Litus has been emails concerning fines or threatening fines he is imposing on my property ( for having my garage door open, for having outdoor furniture in my front yard, for having a trash can on the side of my house hidden in the hedges, a trailer parked in the empty lot next to my home, my golf cart parked in my driveway, ..... I received a fine for a golf cart parked in the lot next to my home that I did not own yet I have photos of golf carts parked on the lawns of neighboring homes for months, trash cans placed and kept in clear view from the street in neighboring houses, boats on trailers parked on the lawns or driveways of neighboring homes, garage doors open all day long during various days of the week as mine is but my husband is in my garage every day either working on something or doing yardwork or just sitting and watching the neighborhood.
      When I call or email Chris M of Litus, I do not receive any response to my email (I did once just stating he passed along my email to the HOA board but that is not really a response to my questions) So, the email I received from Chris M in response to my August and September emails, did not respond to my questions but a form was attached for me to complete to request a response to my questions. Chris M also stated I made a complaint with the BBB against him. I placed a review of Litus, after years of frustration with Litus. He stated I made the complaint in retaliation to his email yet I made the review with BBB well before I received an email response (the first email response from him to my phone messages and emails in months). Chris M refuses to look at any photos I have showing my neighbors doing the exact same things he has sent me violation letters and the enforcement and placing of fines are arbitrary by Litus and the HOA.
