      *****Daughter and I visited 2/12 checking out around 2:30 *****We got two crabs and a plate of crawfish *****I went for seconds on the snow crabs and they were salty *****The very welcoming and nice waiter asked us if our food was still good ("still good")*****It was packed & felt that it was not the timing for saying that "they were too salty"*****We are from ********* and I love my seasoned food but this was inedible *****I am busy and just made time last night *****My daughter pleaded with me not to say anything. She's 22. *****We left a cash tip then she added $3 more making it $17. We left cash + $3 digitally. We are tippers.*****Emailed *********************** ************************************************************ Director of Guest and Employee Relations ************* called this afternoon (2:35pm) with an energy (tone and insinuation) stating no one else complained. I DON'T BELIEVE IT. ELSE, IT IS BECAUSE THEY ATE SO MUCH OTHER *****I started with a salad and wanted only snow crabs after the small plate of crawfish ****She then stated that maybe it was a salty batch because they don't season the snow crabs *****THAT HAS TO BE A LIE. My daughter and I buy snow crabs by the boxes. If we don't want to spend $250 on the box at a fish market, we purchase them at ****** ****** *****My daughter and I are beach regulars (Williamsburg, Kills Devil, and our most common ************)*****To say that there were no other complaints or falsify my integrity with the indirect accusation, tone and energy is distasteful and very unprofessional *****PEOPLE JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMPLAIN.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Ma'am, your response made me feel as though I'm in a murder case.  CAPTAIN ****** MANAGEMENT HAS A MAJOR CONTRACT WITH TIMESHARE.  YOU CARE ABOUT BIG CUSTOMERS SUCH AS THEY.  SO, MOST PEOPLE'S FOOD IS CONSIDERED FREE.  OF COURSE, WHEN THINGS ARE FREE, YOU GET GOOD REVIEWS.  YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUALS. IT IS THE VENDORS (TIMESHARE) THAT MATTER TO YOU. THEN A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMPLAIN.  AS SOME OF THESE REVIEWS STATE, THE FOOD QUALITY IS GOING DOWN.  IN PAST, THE SHRIMP & CRABS ARE OVERCOOKED WHICH MEANS THAT IT WILL TAKE A LOT LONGER TO EAT.  I AM TIRED ABOUT BEING PASSIVE ABOUT BEING A CONSUMER.  EVEN IF I BUY FRUIT WITH BAD QUALITY, I AM NOT GOING TO SUFFER THE ***** IF I GO TO A FAST FOOD, I DON'T CARE IF IT IS TEN DOLLARS OR LESS, I AM NOT GOING TO SUFFER THE *****

      I read reviews about how management will dispute if you have an issue.  YES, it is my prerogative to leave in peace.  The reviews state that management does exactly what you are doing. Number 1, the screening complaint has an email.  A lot of people have an email profile picture (as i do).  I am a black female as shown in my email.  There are no black workers there (only a few in the kitchen). Not making it a black issue but your energy and vibe was very cruel. Your mind was already made up.  I saw the chef/manager.  I'm 53 and I know people's vibe.  

       

      1)MY 1ST PLATE WAS A LIGHT SALAD THAT I SHARED WITH MY DAUGHTER (lol)

      2)MY 2ND PLATE WAS A FEW CRAWFISH & SHRIMP W/ 2 CRABS (TWO CRABS - WHO GOES TO A SEAFOOD BUFFET FOR 2 CRABS

      3)MY 3RD ATTEMPT WAS NO GOOD. THEY WERE SALTY. "MY" GOAL WAS SEAFOOD & ENOUGH TO GET FULL; HOWEVER, I DID GET A DESSERT. WE COULD HAVE GONE ANYWHERE. IT IS NO WONDER THAT WE COULD FIND A PARK.  GENERALLY, THERE IS A LONG WAIT BUT YOUR BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN; PERHAPS BECAUSE YOU ARE RUNNING IT.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Today's consumer protection has become monstrous with greed and biasisms.  You are expected to accept products or service even if it is not right. With this same vibe, management would have done the same. Again, Captain ******'s line has always been long and parks were hard to find.  My daughter and I found a park right in front of the building. Vacationers are the prey. Businesses with a lot of vacationers see profit regardless.  Reminds me of paying Airbnb a week of stay with no air conditioning in the summer time.  Legally, if it is 78 degrees, it is okay. Who'd want to pay for such?  Rather it is $20 or $100, I will never throw money away. If I spend $100, I'm gonna be FULL when done eating.

      I will find another agency to voice this.
