              I hired this company for water damages after hurricane ***. At the time one of their employees ****** was who I dealt with to choose to work with this company and to manage all of the repairs. Everything went fantastic. ****** offer to store some of our belongings at their warehouse. After the water damages mitigation concluded and all payments were complete I reached out 1-2 months after to retrieve my property. I am a very busy woman with a very demanding job and a big family. When I called I learned that ****** was no longer with the company and they had zero awareness of my belongings. The office manager was supposed to get back to me and she never did. I called back and they found nothing and I asked to be escalated to a manager. I never heard back and I called again and was very upset. The person who I spoke to said she would escalate to the owner. Its been at least 1-2 months and I still have not received a call or have any response from the company in regards to my items. I am demanding compensation for my items and my time spent dealing with their negligence. Items missing:Gaming chair 2 marble top side tables Boxes with miscellaneous items
