Business was supposed the increase pith of almost flat roof section, but was told there was enough pitch for shingles instead. Approx pitch 1 in 12. Both left & right side of roof empty water into this section causing water to run underneath shingles and leaking. I found out later from other professionals that this part of the roof never shouldve been shingled. Tried to contact owner ********************* without success. Even sent a registered letter which was not picked up from the post office and refused. currently looking for another professional to fix the roof, I would never use this company again .Initial Complaint

I had a new roof installed in February of 2020. It came with a 3 year labor warranty. I along with neighbors noticed a sinking in a part of the roof in the front of the house. I've tried to contact the company by phone, voicemail, emails and text messages for over 3 weeks with no response to have a representative come out and look at it with no luck. Wondering what to do next, thank you ***************************.Customer response

I, the majority owner, personally went over and talked with ****. His problem is the old small house has some, very minor waviness due to his roof framing and sheeting, not the shingles. I went on to his roof and took photos and we checked inside as well for any damage. He had no leaks or evidence of improper installation of shingle failure. He also spoke with my business partner back then when I asked him to follow up and **** said he was going to withdraw the complaint. For the record, our records showed we missed one call and txt from him not the several he claimed as well. He admitted to calling the personal cell of a former salesman and we have told all customers and written on their contracts that any issues must be reported to the office in writing OR call in to the main office number. We have not heard from him since. It was resolved amicably and he thanked me for coming over once I was personally notified that there was a potential issue.Customer response
