I went to good will to shop it was senior day.. I found a basket marked for $2.99. could not find noithing else to buy. So I got in line to pay. ******* looked at it told other associate manager. Someone came from the back of store and took my basket. Came back with a different price of $4.99. I was not going to be done this way. They made me feel like I was the thief. I got real upset. I put my basket back in my buggy and called corporate. They told me they would get in touch with district manager. I waited and waited and waited no phone call. So I called the ****** store and asked about their policies. They told me the district manager was at their store. So I told the girl to put the basket behind the counter I was going to go talk with the district manager since he was in town. I had to drive all the way to a different store to talk to him and I told him what had happened that the basket was $2.99 and when I got to the cash register she wanted $4.99. this is wrong. Messed up my whole day. So I told district manager my concerns. He told me a lot of people were changing prices. It is not fair for this store to add higher prices on the good people at the check outs. Anybody matter if fact. I am a ********** Also the worker was black lady. I felt like being a white lady she discriminated against me. I was awful what I went through. 3 hours of my time. She feel she doing this to other customers. This is wrong. this company could be sued for this kind of treatment on a consumer. I was hurt by what I experienced. This is what I call bad business practices. I hope I have helped some others not to have to go thru this kind of treatment. In the end district manager did give me the basket. But I had to do a lot of driving in those 3 hours it wasn't the price of the basket so much is it was the principal of what she did. How she did it. It was a put down. I reman...Amen
