    A few months later, on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at approximately 10:15 am, I met and spoke with the owner (***** Collins) of Collins ****** and CDL Truck Driving School, located at ********************************************************************************* ************. Per our conversation, I was inquiring about and signed up for the CDL Truck Driving Training course that was to start the morning of June 12th at 7:00 am at the ********************************************************************************* location. The cost of the course was $5,000.00 and with a $125.00 credit card service fee. My Credit Card was utilized and charged by ***** Collins. On this same date and approximate time, I received an instance notice on my cellphone of the charge of $5,125.00 SQ *Collins CDL Truck ************ **. This action is also supported w/ a receipt signed by ***** Collins on the right border noting Invoice #****** for ***************************** for $5,000.00 Submitted May 30, 2023. The Description, Invoice #****** for *****************************, Description CDL Class Submitted, May 30, 2023 for $5,000.00. On Sunday, June 11, 2023, at approximately 4:35 pm, I received an iMessage from Ray CDL Instructor ************ (an employee/CDL Instructor for Collins ****** and CDL Truck Driving School), a reminder that the CDL training course that I signed up for on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, starts at 7:00 am of Monday, June 12, 2023. Shortly thereafter on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at approximately 7:09 pm, I received a second iMessage from *** CDL Instructor stating, Well bad news class is postponed if you want you can come in tomorrow and talk to *****. {SIC} SEE ATTACHED iMessage from RAY CDL Instructor. On Monday, June 12, 2023, at approximately 10:06 am, I arrived at Collins ****** and CDL Truck Driving School, located at *********************************************************************************, and observed both ***** Collins and Ray CDL Instructor sitting in the office. ***** Collins stated that he is in the process of selling his current training truck and is in the process of purchasing a newer training truck. ***** Collins also advised that he had no new training dates set at the time of the meeting. I advised ***** Collins that I wanted a full refund. ***** Collins then issued me **** of *************** check #**** for $5,125.00 which was witnessed by *** CDL Instructor and his wife Tynisa Collins, who briefly spoke during the issuing of this refund check. Also noted, ***** Collins stated that the funds would NOT be available until Friday, June 23, 2023, and post-dated the check noting this discrepancy. ***** Collins also wrote above the date please cash with an arrow pointing to the date. SEE ATTACHED check #****. On Wednesday, June 28, 2023, I deposited check #**** into my personal account. On this same date at approximately 10:16 pm, I received a notice that check #**** has been returned unpaid, noting NSF-Insuf Funds for $5,125.00. SEE ATTACHED notice from the message center.As of this writing, Monday, 07, 2023, I have tried on multiple attempts to clear up this acknowledged dispute for services not rendered for $5,125.00 with no know action taken at this point in time from the owners ***** and ****** Collins.
