  On Jan 9th **** came to my residents to replace a washing machine that wouldn't work. I bought a used washing machine from them on Dec.31,22 that continued to have problems. In the process he had to move my refrigerator to get the broken washer out and replace it with another. While moving my refrigerator he continued to be on the phone with someone else, he arrived alone with no help to move my refrigerator and get broken washer out and new one in. In process of pulling my refrigerator out he damaged my new heating duct vent that was in the floor in front of my refrigerator, the refrigerator door flew open and several items fell out and were damaged/ruined including a gallon jug full of brewed ice tea, several eggs, glass bottles of alcohol. As he was putting the refrigerator back he smashed it into the dishwasher smashing buttons on the front and the dishwasher no longer sat in position. Days later when using the dishwasher it started to leak soapy water all out the front of it onto the floor.After calling him and complaining he came back out the next day and attempted to deny he caused any damage, but the night the incident happened he had offered me money to pay for damaged food and I denied it not yet knowing all the damage that was done.

  On the day of December 31 2022 at about 3 pm we got a call from a customer looking to get a used washer we went to the location given to delivery and it was near impossible with so many miscellaneous items being in the way, we then proceed to reschedule for the next day the washer was delivered the following day two days after the customer called saying that she could not use the washer. It was acting up. We then made attempt and we went out and show the customer how to use the washer being that was the problem because the washer was working fine, two days after the customer called again saying that the washer was acting up we did went out showed her how to use the washer again. She said she wanted to get a swap out. We did swapped her out and gave her another washer that she could understand how do use on that day moving the washer that was existing there that she could not understand how do use I had to move her refrigerator. She has a vent system on the floor  in front of the refrigerator move in the fridge forward. A jug with sweet tea fell out when the door came open her niece that was their came in and confirm that was the only thing that fell from the refrigerator and then I offered replace the jug of tea that had fell from the refrigerator. She said it was OK I did went ahead and install the new washer got my things and leave two weeks after at around 10:30 in the night I receive a phone call this lady screaming in my hear telling me that I messed up her dishwasher and I need to come and replace it right now calling me all kinds of names so I told her to calm down, and I will come out there the following morning when I went there the following morning I looked at the situation she had a dishwasher that was really old and I saw that one of the buttons was pushed in and that was probably her issue. After assessing the situation that it could not have been me moving the refrigerator to get the washing machine in the tight space that had caused her washing dishwasher to stop work . She then rudely told me to leave her effing house and never come back, and that she would ruin my business. I never touched or damaged her dishwasher she complaining of it leaking and that I banged it in the front there was no dents or marks where she said I damaged it as well.

  I am responsible for the tea and the ac vent which I am happy to replace if she requires me to do so. Thanks again
