      So i beleave it was Decenber 4th 2021 i broughtn it there for a flat tire .. it took them like 2 weeks to do the job (lil longer than normal) and then i got it back i notices the back little metal protectant cover piec e missong that is normally screwed on top of like ther backtire gears area and my rubber strap on safety red blinking light was missing from the seat pole... i mentioned these to the manager right away in a friendly way saying " hey do you guys have the strap on or metal cover piece in back?? ( even though i know 99.99% sure cause i use bike every day) but he instantly before evenhearing what i was talking about dismissied it saying whatgecver we get we give right back ! so im like ok whatev not end of world ..little annoying... and i proced to head home as it was their closing time like 5:30pm...which takes a while walking the the bike as the bike was not turning on.. i assumed the batttery must need more charging even tho i had charged it. got home..plugged nin /fully chgarged ..still doesnt work error code says its eletric wire to motor. i notoice that it connects two hard plastic is broken( as if someone used hard pliers to pull apart) I called them and told them its not working. they take back. i wait half hour. they admit they broke electri wire conecting rear wheel motor to the computer controller.give me a regularf peddle bike to use,WHILE to fix it. (im not happy by any means but what can i do but i dont express it accidents happen. then this drags on for months now of the manager basiucally doing nothing. he acts as tho he cant find a number for company. so i get it and provide toi him. then waitin waiting i call he say s he cant get through to anyone on phone (THIS IS TWO MONTHS MIND YOU! HE CANT GET PHONE ANSER. SO I CALL RIGHT THEN GET SOMEOENE ,GET AN EMAIL ,QUATES,ECT AND CALL BACK TELL HIM. NOW TODAY(ANOTHER 3 WEEK (AS HE NEVER CONTACTS ME) I CALL SEE WHERE IS, HE SAYS O I GAVE IT ELECTAN CAUS IT SO BAD ACCUSED ME OF WRECKING IT!

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/31) */ Bike was clearly abused and wrecked. This was not only obvious by looking at it, but was verified by an electrician, after examining the internal wiring of the hub. I documented with photos. Bike isn't safe to ride, as the entire thing is being held together with duct tape. That being said, there was no way to prove otherwise at the time of the initial complaint, so I assumed responsibility. We repaired the bike, at no cost to the customer. We also provided one of our own bikes to the customer to use, while we were in possession of his bike. Thank you, Beach Bike Shop
