      Terrible , partial delivery of furniture and if you don't accept they point out in fine lettering in agreement they can give your partial order away. They of course never mention that when buying. We argued our point to cancel after waiting months with no full order arriving . It was for a sectional living room set and they agreed to return after weeks of discussion . I would have very serious thoughts about ever returning . Terrible management and store policies at Myrtle Beach location.

      Very Disappointed in this particular store!! Made a substantial purchase on September 27, 2021. Some of the items were on back order, so we made the decision to have all of the items delivered when all of the items were ready. The estimated delivery time was stated on the invoice to be 8-15 weeks. Eight and then 15 weeks came and went and we heard nothing from anyone at the store. When we contacted the store, we could not talk to the salesman that "assisted" us in the store. After holding for almost an hour, got the sales manager who had diarrhea of the mouth and did not want to listen and answer questions. He finally said the furniture would be delivered 6 months from the date of purchase. He also assured me that the sales rep would contact me regarding the delivery date. That was three weeks ago; still waiting on that call from the sales rep.
      Now, I am very cognizant of supply chain issues and other issues at this time. Because of that, I have tried to be patient. The store also agreed (to their credit), after dealing with several calls from us, to give us 10% off the total price; we only put down a partial cash payment and financed the rest with the store's 0% interest offer.
      The annoying thing is the lack of communication coming from the people at the store. This would be a much more tolerable situation if the people at the store made an effort to let us know what the current status of the furniture is. This is extremely poor customer relations.
      My best advice to anyone planning to purchase from Ashley Homestore is to purchase only what is in the warehouse and is ready for immediate delivery. Otherwise, you, too, could find yourself in delivery purgatory with no end in sight. As for me, this is my last purchase from this store.

      Horrible customer service!!! Do not let John R. help you!! Once he gets your money he will never get back with you!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO GET FURNITURE!!!!!!

      I ordered two nightstands from Ashley in June 2021 and at that time they told me I should receive them within four months. Every month since November 2021 I call and they tell me it will be coming in the following month. I called in January 2022 and they said should be in early February. I stopped into store late January 2022 to check on my nightstands again for February delivery and was told it will be March and when I ask them if this is definite, they don't know. We bought the King bed to match the set in the winter of 2021 and it was delivered in spring of 2021 and then we decided to get the matching bedside tables which were ordered in June 2021. We are holding out hope we will get them but every month our hopes are dashed when they keep delaying it and when I ask if they will definitely be in then, they can't say for sure. We paid the entire price of these tables last June and 8 months is a long time to be without these tables. I asked if I can return the King headboard so that maybe I can resume my search for a matching set and they said I cannot . I don't want to cancel my order but just want to know if these tables will ever come in.

      Purchased two recliners one did not work properly repairman came out found the problem he had to order the part. The back of the recliner was left open. Two months later and many phone calls and my $1300.00 recliner is still not fixed and is an eyesore as the back is still opened up.

      I did not receive any updates on my order status since purchase. Was told my phone number was transcribed wrong; called back twice to confirm phone number on account was wrote which it was. The shipment date has been pushed back three times. I understand the delays given the pandemic and shipping issues but the lack of communication reflect poorly on your organization. I had no issues furnishing/ship/delivery the rest of my house from other major big box stores. Then when I talked to manager was told there's nothing they can do. It's ridiculous I'm not told third week in December it will be shipped or wait will that get pushed back too and I'll have to call for an update?
