Horrible customer service.... I placed an order and the post office delivered it to the wrong address and I never received it... I reached out to them and explained what happened..... I got a response from the company saying it was delivered and they can't do anything but give me a 20% discount on another order. The post office couldn't do anything because the package wasn't insured by me.... I didn't think I had to put insurance on $50 but I guess I should've. WON'T EVER GET MY BUSINESS OR MONEY SMH...........

I ordered an item from So Seductive Lingerie that I accidentally purchased an additional item or same item by accident. I immediately emailed So Seductive Lingerie after I made the purchase explaining the situation so that I can get a refund on one of the items I ordered by accident before my order got processed and shipped out. I kept following up with So Seductive Lingerie about my situation and never received an email response back. The only email response I received from So Seductive Lingerie was when my order was shipped out. Once my order arrived, I still received the additional item that I didn't want. Nor was there a return order form or label that I can use to send the item back unopened to So Seductive Lingerie. The only item that was present in the package was a thank you card and if you want to tag them and leave a product testimonial. I sent another follow up to So Seductive Lingerie and still no response. All I want to do is send one of the items back that I accidentally ordered and get issued a refund. To this day, I never received an email from So Seductive Lingerie. Please don't buy anything from So Seductive Lingerie. Not a good business to do business with. You will get ignored by So Seductive Lingerie if you have an order issue with your order. Their customer service is horrendous. After reading the reviews left here, I'm happy to know I'm not the only one that has experienced horrible service by this business. I will never do business with So Seductive Lingerie ever again.

I placed an order in December **** it is April **** and I still have not received my purchase I have made multiple attempts to contact the owner she told me there is a delay at the post office however the tracking number I received states there waiting on the package to be received. She never sent the package...

I made an order Dec 4 and have yet to receive it. A day or two after I made my order I received my "tracking" number and the status have yet to changed. I reached out to the delivery company hoping that maybe they forgot to update the system but I was told they never received the item from the company. I then reached back out to the company and was told they were experiencing delays so I was willing to give them a chance and told them to proceed with the package, I was told that it would be shipped in 3 business days and NOTHING. They sent me a discount code for my next order but no information on my current order. They are unprofessional and should be shut down.

Ordered something in April through their website and I still haven't received my product.. They Stopped responding to me and they delete my comments on their ******** account when I ask about my order. I have called, emailed, messaged both the owners personal account and their business ******** account. Definitely a scammer!
