I tried to use ******************************** yesterday to file some llc papers and all I got was an email saying I never completed all the information and that the papers had not been filed. Then the account doesn't show what isn't finished but I went thru everuthi g twice and I know it's all there. So I began to research reviews this morning and found a bbb review where another person had similar results. Then they finally returned my call around 1030 and assured me my filings had went thru with out issue and that it will take about 4 businss days. Then at 5 pm I receive an email saying that the llc name j. Chose wasn't a available. Although they checked and already took my payment. I immediately asked for a refund and haven't gotten a response. And the corporate filings llc that charged my card is also. Shown on your site to be a scam. This was juat yesterday and today.Business response

I'm very sorry that this was not the level or service your received from our business when you were a customer. In light of our mistake, I can confirm that your account with us has been canceled and we have issued a refund per your request.
