I recently visit CompuZone and I must say i was not pleased at the customer service from the employee not supervisor. The supervisor came in last minute.
I went asking for an rm upgrade. One your worker did not know what an rm meant (ram) I proceeded to open my mail explaining the requirements I needed for remote work. I explained I needed to upgrade my ram to increase my speed after taking various test and realizing i had 4gb of ram and not the minimum requirement of 5. I will say the email i shown did say 4gb of ram needed but Informed your employee the other jobs needed 5gb and 8 gb. He proceeded to inform me ram does not control the speed of the computer and then as soon as the supervisor walks in tells the supervisor i do not know what i need. Now as i explain what i needed he kept telling me and trying to sound fancy my using terminology i was not familiar with basically telling me i was wrong.
I politely stated i will not recommend this establishment and i will go to **** ***** which in a matter of 5 minutes i was help and give what to do. As i stated to your employee I needed a ram upgrade to speed up my computer both **** ***** and dell stated increasing ram will improve the speed upload and download of your computer.
Your employee seems to be very misogynistic and narcissistic.
I would advise proper training in computer and customer service.
