    Crunch Fitness told me that in order to cancel Personal Training, I need to email their manager. I emailed their managers and they kept charging me for personal training. The trainer stopped all contact while I was paying and archived my account on True Coach. They ignored my messages and texts, but I was still being charged monthly for the gym membership and personal training. I spoke to the manager in person and yet again, they told me to email them. I cannot afford to keep paying for personal training and told them that, yet they’re still charging my card that has no money on it. In the response they said now I need a doctors note. I cannot afford to pay and have constantly asked to cancel. They will not stop charging me despite me requesting multiple times to cancel. There are other complaints about them doing this as well. They charged me while I was not being trained, and yet still keep saying I need to continue going for training. How am I supposed to pay for personal training when I have no money? I pay them for my gym membership despite not always being able to go, yet they’re still charging over $200 for personal training. I have been bounced around from trainer to trainer, and how they are dealing with the situation is unprofessional. Someone (Calvin) told me in a verbal agreement that I would receive 4 free sessions from a previous client who canceled her personal training before it ended, however…I never received free sessions and have been charged from the beginning. Only 1 of my trainers was professional and told me beforehand that she was quitting and once again, I was switched to a different trainer. He trained me a few times, then gave me to a new trainer. Then she stopped all contact and no one has told me why that happened. She never texted me to tell me what happened. I cannot afford personal training, and all I want is to cancel it. I’m at the point where I want to cancel my membership altogether and find a new gym.
