            We hired Cecil S**** if Landscape Demo and Hauling on August 3, gave him a deposit of $2,500., the cost of the project was $4,055 The project included dumping 55 yards of dirt which was to be graded, install 3 drains one of which was a French drain, top dress with top soul and put down 3 pallets of sod. He hired someone to dump the dirt and grade it. The job was not properly done. A large hill was left on one side of the property which when it rained drained into our neighborhood's yard. He also left deep ruts in the sides of our and our other neighbor's yard. He did not pay the person he hired to deliver and grade the dirt, he asked us to pay that man and he would take the $900. off our remaining balance owed. This man called us two days later to say our check bounced, which it did not. I believe he tried to coerce us to give him another $900. So between 8/3 and present nothing more was done.
