    October of last year my vehicle broke down on the side of the road coming from South Carolina to Tennessee had to get a friend to toll me back to South Carolina to take it to the Hyundai dealership in North Charleston had to have a complete engine replaced I was given a loner from a friend to drive back to Tennessee a friend picked the car up for me when it was finished so it would not sit on their parking lot for 2 weeks before I could come and get it. When I drove back to South Carolina got my car came home didn't realize there was no paperwork laying in the front seat I called and asked about paperwork they said they did not just leave it in the car or give it to anyone but the owner so since October last year I have been trying to get my paperwork mailed to me so I know exactly what they did the mileage at the time when it broke down and what my new warranty would be ,I cannot get anyone to answer the phone other than the main switchboard I go through my whole story of why I'm calling they transfer me to supervisors managers I've even asked for the owner of the dealership all I get is the voicemails and no return call. I was spoken to rudely when I did get a hold of someone in service two different times asking for paperwork and was told they cannot copy it off to mail so this person took their cell phone took a picture of it text it to me and it was one line that I couldn't even read therefore I called back again got the same person told him what I wanted and he was rude and basically hung up on me I have contacted corporate twice and in that last conversation I found out that they take complaints but they basically do not do anything about it because each dealership is individually owned and I'm thinking if you get a franchise on my business there will be some guidelines that you would have to follow to not give Hyundai a bad name so here I am in May and still have not gotten any paperwork I think this is very poor customer relation and it's very frustrating .

    I would give Hyundai of North Charleston a 0. To get a service manager to call you back is a useless situation. My car is a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tuscon. It has a water leak and not one person will do a thing about it. They say running a hose on it will not duplicate the problem. They were shown the spot where you can clearly see its leaking. Percy would not even get off his chair to go look. I had to have someone else look to see where it was coming in. After them having the car for a month I called and picked up my car. This is far from the end of it. I will go to the better business bureau if something is not done. They could care less about you once the car is off the lot. Poor service and even poorer management. No choice for a negative rating.
