Damage from Hurricane Ian Sept 28,2022. 1800waterdamage solicited me by phone Aprox Oct 2,2022 to do emergency water mediation in my home because to catastrophic roof failure. I was not at home at this time. My house was unlivable. I agreed over the phone for them to do the emergency work. They started Oct 3, 2023. My neighbor let the company in. Work was completed 3 weeks later. As of Feb 7 2023, they have not submitted their report the my insurance company. Jerrod Smith always has excuses, lies that it will be submitted “tomorrow “ This has been going on since October. My homeowners insurance , Frontline, will not settle or continue to negotiate without their report. I cannot continue to try to fix my home without this report. Frontline Insurance Company needs validation why the “gutting” of my whole house was done. Only 1800waterdamage has the pictures and proof of my damage.Business response

I spoke to the homeowner and we have resolved the issue and she has told me she wishes to remove the complaint
