On May 18 ,2022 I, ******* ********, contracted Top Dog Sign Company to vinyl wrap my motor home. I paid a check in the amount of five thousand dollars. On May 19, 2022 I, went to inspect the job in progress to notice the material purchased for the installation was of poor quality was bleeding through the existing design and the caulk job was a mess on the motor home. When asked, why was this? ****** responded," he could not see the bleed through". I was not satisfied with the quality of the material and how it would appear on the motor home. There were also concerns of the installation at the dealership with the owner ****. He, felt the wrapping was being handled in a less than expected manner. If you should have any questions or concerns to get in depth with the install for **** was at the dealership, he is more than willing to talk with you as well. His contact information is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I'm demanding my refund of five thousand dollars due to inadequate service.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/06/10) */ ***Document Attached*** I was first contacted by ******* on April 28, 2022 regarding vinyl services for his RV. It is the first of the text screenshots I will be attaching below. I contacted him and he asked me to go survey his RV and let him know how much it would be to change out all of the burgundy to black on the RV. We went and surveyed and quoted $3,800. That will show in a screenshot as well. When we discussed further he asked if we could wrap the whole thing. We had to go out and survey another time, because it totally changed the scope of the project. After the second visit we started working on graphic design. He wanted it to mimic another RV on the lot. We worked on the design from May 02 - May 11. A deposit was made to us on May 12. A copy of the deposit check is attached, along with our service agreement. We started printing immediately because a sample has already been approved, and started the install the next day. ******* showed up on the jobsite Saturday, May 16th and told us he did not like it to rip it off and recaulk. We did that, and he did not like the caulk job. So we went and removed caulk again and paid the guys at the RV shop (****) to reapply, per *******'s request. Then he came to my shop and asked what more I could do. We discussed a couple of options before he left stating that "we can leave this hanging. Then came the BBB complaint from him. I thought it was strange that he was paying for a personal item from their business account, but it is none of my business. The copy of the check shows who purchased the wrap. We have never had a complaint before, if this is to be our first we ask that it be filed from the actual name of the client.
