Date 9-20-23 $200.00 Cleaning for 1st visit and then regular cleaning after that.I agreed to $175 over the phone, spoke extensively to *** about my house having hardwood floors, stairs and I have pets, but when they arrived ****** said $200 for a deeper clean that would include floors, celling fans, baseboards, bathrooms. I agreed to the higher amount for this. ****** left and the cleaning lady stayed. My house does not look much deferent than when they started. Non of what they said was included was done. They did not complete or do as agreed. My floors didn't even get Swiffer, bathrooms did not get cleaned, garbage in cans, not even any dusting was preformed, beds were never made, celling fans not touched. I had a phone conversation and they coming into my home before they started. I sent them $200.00 through Zelle as they asked. I should have inspected the job first. I sent *** photos the next day and he asked if ii would like for them to come out again to rectify the situation. I agreed. Then a *** called insulted me was very rude. She said that the should have charged more that it was a bigger job than expected. How is that my fault? When they came out to the house they should have said that. Or when I was quoted over the phone! The cleaning lady was very nice but a senior. My town house is only **** **. I would have gladly hired someone else but thought as a single mom going through angies list that I wouldn't've be scammed.Business response

We were contacted and hired for basic cleaning services. Conditions inside this residence were far more than just a basic clean and the excessive animal/bird excrement throughout the home and in the furniture made it impossible to clean and was well beyond the service we were hired for. We will always put the safety of our staff first in these conditions and unfortunately, we were not able to complete this job for the reasons stated and therefore we have issued a full refund.
