      I bought $190 worth of products. Received a wrong item, so I called and emailed the owner. He took 2 weeks to send me the return label. I sent the items back, it was confirmed that the items had been delivered. He never sent me my refund back. Weve been emailing back and forth for months. He promised me my money that I have never received. Hes ignored my emails and calls. I even tried emailing a different employee who eventually blocked me.

      I ordered two golf head covers from Robert Mark Golf on 8/13/22. I emailed the business to cancel the order on 8/16/22 and they replied "Your order will be cancelled." On 12/30/22 I received both headcovers in the mail and emailed the company. After three attempts to contact the company I received a cut and pasted blurb from their return policy that says I should mail the items back for a refund (on the site it says a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns). Since this was supposed to be cancelled I replied to the company telling them that they need to either send a prepaid return label or guarantee in writing that the refund will include my return shipping charges. Also, I would like in writing that the refund will be issued within 3 days of them receiving the items back in the mail. I have not gotten a response. This company is completely unresponsive and I am in no way at fault for this. I should not have to pay to ship these back when I cancelled them originally and they replied that they would be cancelled. I can upload any screen shots of emails that I have cited above as evidence if needed.

      Once an order is processed for shipping, the customer can cancel and we will refund in full if the order is not custom.  Full custom is not refundable at any point.  If a customer receives an order that is not custom and they want to return it unused, they may ship back to us at THEIR expense and we will refund.  We told the customer this and they insisted that we pay the shipping and refund immediately.  We didn't refund or send them a postage paid shipping label.  They can ship back to us and we'll refund.  It's a simple process.  The customer is banned, but can still contact us to rectify.

      I have 2 orders with this company. 1 order was for stock items and the 2nd order was for 3 custom items. The 1st order was supposed to ship immediately after purchase on 3/9/22, on 4/18/22 I inquired on the status of the order then got a shipping notification on 4/21/22. Order 2 was placed 3/15/22 with a note saying it would ***********-8 weeks so approximately mid May. On 5/31/22 I sent the first inquiry to Robert Mark Golf on the status of the order. RMG's response was same day letting me know their office had covid. I followed up on 6/17/22, no response. Followed up on 6/27, received a response on 6/29 that there was an error with a file I sent over but he had fixed it. I inquired if he could send the order out to me ASAP and he said he would. On 7/5 I received an email that part of my order had shipped. 2 of the 3 items were in my possession. Of the items received one didn't have the full embroidery finished, I did not mention it to RMG as I didn't want to deal with having to send it back or risk losing the rest of my order (I had a local embroider finish the missing eye). On 7/21 I inquired about the remaining part of my order and received no response. I inquired again on 8/4 and have not received a response. I called the number on the email signature on 8/8 and have not gotten a response.
