      In 2 words, STAY AWAY. This was by far the worst agency to rent from and deal with. The issues are far too numerous to even go through here. We stayed October, 2022 in Crescent Shores, unit N901 for the month. It started with a p*** smell in the ensuite bathroom that did not get resolved for 3 days and got worse from there. By the last week, having told them about problems with appliances and broken furniture and not getting them resolved, we were informed a few days before that scheduled construction on our balconies was starting by which we were not able to use our balconies, had all the balcony furniture dumped in our living room and the pool and hot tub being closed for the remainder of our stay. We would have liked to be made aware of this ahead of time but were told there was nothing they could do. Other people staying there were aware of the work before they came. After asking for a refund on our last week they gave us ***** and said that we should be happy with that and there would be no further action on their part. Overall we will never rent from them again!

      Rented thru Grand Strand Resorts a condo at Ashworth. On our way there they called to say they had to change our condo to unit **** It was a unit with lots of issues, stained nasty sink, dishwasher door broke, rusted shower head, damaged furniture & more. Contacted them to move us or a partial refund & they refused to help!
      Then I left my pillow & called to have it returned. Took them 3 weeks then they shipped it & charged me $111.39 next day air which I did NOT authorize!
      Bad business practices! Do NOT rent from this place ever!!

      Rented Crescent Shores South Tower Unit 1210, October 14, to October 18 2021 This was the worst place I had ever rented. Walked into the condo immediately was hit with a stink coming from the condo. The furniture was old. The furniture in the living room had stains all over it. Put in a call to Grand Strand Resort, the general manager Chirsty, stated the furniture was dued a deep cleaning and there was nothing she could do about it. We paid $1,522 it's should have been clean before our arrival. Then I asked could someone bring covers for furniture. It was 4:00pm that day when I was requesting covers for the chairs, and was told no one could bring us anything. ( I have pictures) The bathroom was dirty, the place was dusty, the carpet was dirty and needed vacuum. You don't come on vacation to clean, that why they call it a vacation. Had to get plugins to help with the stink and took 4 hours out of our vacation to clean the unit to the point that we could try to enjoy our vacation.
      Departure: When I got home that night and up back, I realize I had left my jewelry in the master bedroom nightstand drawer. Call talk to Chirsty explained what had happen, she stated that the unit had not been rented yet and she would tell the houskeeper or someone would go to unit and get the jewelry and she will give me call back. This was on October 19 at 9:15 am At 3:20 pm put in another call, same answers the place had not been rented and no one have been to the unit yet. The next day October 20 put in another call. Was told that no one had been to the unit yet. Then Gloria stated that she was getting ready to go to the unit and will give me call in a hour or two. This was at 11:17 am. At 4:00 pm, put in another call and was told the jewelry was not in there. I hate a thief and a liar. Bad business when you are told lies after lies. One of Grand Stand employees or maid stolen my jewelry. And no one can tell me otherwise. I would have hated it if, it was a life emergency and had been put off over and over again. I would have been dead. Never will I ever rent anything for Grand Strand Resorts. When you have people working for you, that are thiefs and liars and care less about the cleanliness of the property and people personal belongs that have sentimental attachment, they needed to be replace. Great customer service is what grows your business and Grand Strand I have a problem with the employees you have, they are heartless. I paid a huge price just to have a few days vacation. Enjoy the jewelry and may your light forever shine so bright.

      Rented a week from them at Tilghman Beach and racquet club. Unit 201, in this world of Covid this place was disgusting Blood on the comforter, sheets that didn't fit, mildew on shower knobs in bathrooms. Blood on wall. Obviously it was not cleaned to South Carolina Covid standards. We left after three days. Company and owner offered us $50 as reimbursement for days we didn't stay. Awful vacation rental with no adequate support. They came to clean comforter and blood on wall never to return blanket as promised. Not a good company to do business with. Bad representation of South Carolina hospitality.
