Vacation House - Tipsea Turtle - ************************************************************ We paid to stayed in this home from Saturday, July 29, 2023 - Saturday, August 5, 2023. Due to the Grand Strand staff and how they treated us in a disrespectful manner. We left on Friday, August 4th. This willl be our last time renting with Grand Strand. We are very upset and disappointed about the staff and their reactions to our concerns. We sent a list on Aug 2nd explaining all the issues. Although our stay has ended the matter of disrespect, abusive treatment from the staff, and broken items at 332 53rd Avenue North are not resolved. We paid $3970.31 to host our family vacation of 10 people to include 6 adults and 4 children. We have an expectation of receiving what we paid for and all amenities of the home to be working properly. However, that was not the case. We informed your staff of all issues, sent a list of items, and one item was repaired which was the shower curtain replacement. Grand Strand has a note on the refrigerator that indicates to notify the office immediately if we find any issues. Which we did and we received backlash for contacting the staff and was disrespected by 2 customer services reps. ******** ******* is the front face of business and the staff should always be kind, caring, and treat others with respect.This is the list we sent on Aug 2, 2023 to Grand Strand. They only repleced the shower curtain.We feel the house is a good size and have nice features. However it need to be updated in many areas. We are not getting our money worth of what we paid and expected. We have rented from Grand Strand several times and have never had this problem or experience.
