Tina did an awesome job for my wife and I in assisting our purchase of a condo in Barefoot Resort. She is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market, its current trends and has a great skill in understanding her customers' desires in a property. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Tina's level of service and look forward to continuing our relationship with TMS. The team at TMS Realty was amazing to work with as we went through the process of finding a new home. With the mad rush on the housing market over the last few months, trying to locate the right home from 3000 miles away was extra tricky because listings didn't last long. Tina and her team bridged that by taking us on video tours so that travel time didn't lose us opportunities and they were always happy to keep looking or get more details for us as questions arose. They also are transparent with information that they find. They didn't just share good news but let us know when we were looking at a challenge or if something would need extra attention if they saw a curiosity on a tour. I never had to wonder if I was getting the whole truth and that has a lot of value to my husband and myself. TMS is truly customer focused and they treated us like they were looking out for their own family. We live in North Carolina and wanted to move to the beach in South Carolina having a realtor like Tina was amazing she made her self available to us 24-7 she helped us get our dream home in our dream location.
