My husband & I booked 2 nights at Ocean Breeze Hotel on Booking.com for 7/30/21 & 7/31/21. When getting to our room we found blood on the curtains, dirty & stained mattresses, dirty sink etc.- a all around health hazard. When contacting the front desk to make them aware of the issue they refused a refund for the night of 7/30/21 & did not handle the complaint or health hazard in the proper manner. They stated the room had been cleaned & they could only cancel the reservation for 7/31/21. We asked to speak to the owner of the hotel & was told it was run by a company in Florida-they refused to provide that number as well. I am truly concerned about the health hazard this hotel poses to the community w/the obvious lack of cleaning between guests. I would like a refund for the other $333.27 I paid for the night that we were unable to use. I would greatly appreciate the BBBs help in contacting the owner for a refund as well as making the community aware of the health risk this hotel poses.
