    My family and I stayed at your resort from 12/28 to 1/1/2022. We were initially supposed to stay until January 2, 2022, however due to bed bug issues. We left a day early. On the day of arrival the condo was not even ready when we got there. I got there after the 4:00 PM check in time. The door to the room was open and the room was unclean. We walked around until we found housekeeping and they explained they were short staff. I tried to understand and let it slide. We went out to the stores while they got our room ready. Came back, the room did not have the best smell and the tub in the master bedroom was not clean. We had to call for housekeeping early the next morning for them to come clean the bathroom. The next day my sister said she got a bite on her. We thought maybe a mosquito or something had bitten her. Everyday while we were there, she got up with a new bite. Finally my mom decided to pull the sheets back and we found the bed bug. We decided to cut our trip short because nobody wants to lay somewhere they are going to get eaten up by bed bugs. We contacted the sister hotel on New Year's Eve and told them what was going on. We were told to call back early the next morning, someone from Bahama Sands would be in the office. I ended up talking to the head of housekeeping, and sent her pictures of my sister bites as well as the picture of the bed bugs. She then forwarded the information to Lauri who is supposed to be the manager of this resort. After speaking to her several times she said the problem was going to be rectified. This has been going on for 2 months. No solution has been given to this problem. The last communication I have had with Lauri was on January 24. I have called her several times on the cell number I was provided and all calls are now going to voicemail. At this point I am over this situation and your inability to make this situation right. I will never stay at this resort .
