Waited 3 months. No word wouldnt return over 20 calls. Used them 12 years. No more

Sadly, I cannot recommend Plyler's. We arranged last fall for a pine straw delivery and spread for late March. Plyler's called in January to confirm the delivery for March - I was thrilled with the customer service! However, March came and went with no word from Plyler's. I 100% understand the challenges that today's labor and supply chain markets present. I called early April to understand how we can work together; Plyler's said they could not spread, but could deliver the pine straw by April 15th. I called and text multiple times throughout the two weeks to ensure we were on track, and *****, though difficult to reach, verbally confirmed that we would receive this delivery by the 15th if not earlier. We did not receive the delivery today, and I have yet to hear back in response to the voice mail and text that I have left and sent, respectively. This is the first time in my life I have left a negative review, but I just want to prevent someone else from having the same experience that we did!

Horrible experience, they were a no show twice in just a few days! I have done business with them putting down pine needles and mulch for years. I was on the schedule for last Saturday. I waited around all day long, didn't let my dogs out as much as I normally would because they will run away if the gate door is opened, waited and waited and they were a no show, no call, nothing. On Monday they called and left a message asking was it ok to come yesterday on Tuesday, with no explanation of why they didn't show up on Saturday. Her message on Monday did say there were only 4 people on the schedule to deliver to on Tuesday, and 2 of the locations were for me, I also have them do my rental house. Again, I took the trouble twice to contact my tenant again to notify him again the pine needles would be put out on Tuesday. They were again a NO SHOW for Tuesday!!! No phone call, no explanation, nothing. They never answer the phone, so I left a message this morning to cancel both of my work orders for both locations and told them they do not value my business obviously to not show up twice, so I will be going elsewhere to find another company that will actually show up and put out the pine needles and mulch! When they don't show up, I have had to sit around all day waiting for them, and not feeling comfortable letting my dogs out in the backyard all day like usual, because they could escape if someone opened the back gate. I won't be calling on them again for services. How can they value my business and NOT SHOW UP TWICE, with no phone call, no apology, no explanation, I am very disappointed in my time they wasted on two beautiful sunny warm days, I would have rather been out doing things, but had to stick close to home waiting on them and they never came!
