            I purchase used sling shot from them last year during the time of purchase new tires were supposed to be installed and they were an issue with the security system. I dropped the unit off on sept 12th of last year to get all of this resolved they were able to figure out the code for the security system but not fix the remotes. When I arrived to pick it up this is after they had had it for over a month the tire on the front were still not installed, I was told they would call me to set up a time once they had a fix for the remotes but as of 4/1/23 stilll no phone call. I was also told I could make an appointment and all the work would be done when I arrived that way I didn’t have to arrange someone dropping me off and picking me back up. This is over 1hr drive one way. I was told today that I could not make appointments I would have to drop it off. I would like someone to please get this arranged where I could come it and get min. The tires taken care of maybe the new software update isn’t available. I have attached some screenshots of when I was talking to Harrison which has been great during the process I just believe the service department is lacking in communication.

            I dropped off my 2022 motorcycle for it's first service. I verbally asked them to give me a quote for the service BEFORE working on it so that I would know what to expect and/or if I could afford it. They verbally told me it would be around $125. They said it would take a week before they could get to it. They called me over 2 weeks later having finished the job and told me it would be almost $400 just for regular service alone.

            We regret to hear you had less than a 5 star experience. Our labor rate is posted at the service counter. Labor rate is $119 an hour so we're not sure where the wires got crossed. These are complex machines and the break in service is critical to extending the life of your machine. There isn't a first service on any machine we sell that is around $125. We strive to keep things affordable for our customers. We will take this opportunity to improve communication and would love to turn your experience around.
