DO NOT BUY: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I bought a large amount of the vases from this company. I didn't like them and wanted to return, requested a return within the 30 day window, but they expected me to pay for the return shipping (of $90, mind you the order was $191). They were very dishonest about this and didn't disclose this prior to purchase. I had to fight with ****** and with ***** ******* for a paid return label. This of course took longer than the 30 days, but finally got approval from ****** for return label. I was speaking with ***** ******* during this ordeal as well through their ****** store. I returned the items, but ***** ******* didn't refund or even respond. ****** contacted them on my behalf and they said they would refuse to refund or even return. I called customer service, and they were incredibly nasty, they didn't want to speak with me or even let me finish, and because they received the money and the product, they don't care anymore. I told them that they were speaking with me outside of this 30 day window and they should have disclosed that information with me. They refused to take responsibility for this and said it was my fault. They didn't even want to converse with me and clearly stated that their other customers were more important than me as they already took my money; I am $300 out because of them. They cheat their customer and steal from them and they do not care. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.Initial Complaint

I ordered vases and candles quality of 36. I got an email that it was delivered and I contact Quick Candles. Told me to file a complaint with UPS. Which I did they said packages were delivered on my street but cant say my home. Once again I called Quick Candles for a refund, since their customer service is horrible. I was told no to a refund or credit. They would reship them and I explain, the event has already past. I paid $241.00 for something, I didn't get and have nothing to show for the money, I spent. I have spent days on the phone with Quick Candles and UPS, my time is not free.
