      On May 9, 2024 I used the drive-thru at KFC Restaurant #L765011 located at 7418 Augusta Road, Piedmont, SC 29673 my Ticket # is 2091 at 6:02pm. It took 17 minutes before I was able to place my order and two vehicles in from of me drove off after placing their orders. Upon placing my order I asked if the food was ready as I did not want to wait longer. The young man that was taking my order told me the food was already ready. As I pulled around there was a car at the window so I had to wait an additional 10 more minutes before that car pulled away from the drive-thru window. I pulled to the window and paid for my food and was then told by the young man that they were waiting on biscuits and could I pull forward and wait. At that time I told him I would like a refund that I had already waited long enough and I had my 5 year old with me in my vehicle. Me asked me to wait on the manage that she would have to refund my money. It took another 5 minutes before she ever came to the window. I handed her my receipt and my card and I said this would be a freaking nice place for a restaurant. She then accused ,e of cussing at her and I asked her for the corporate phone number she told me to look it up myself. I asked for the General Manager's name she said I am the General Manager and I'm not giving you my name. She then refused to give me my refund and told me to get out of her drive-thru. I told her I was not leaving without my refund or the food. She said well I will call the sheriff's department. I waited at the window until the sheriff's department came. She made a 911 call that was not an emergency and was a gross misuse of the 911 system when all she had to do was refund my money. The officer came back to my vehicle and laughed and told me to be careful and have a good evening. I was at this location for 35 minutes and all she had to do was refund my money and provide good customer service. Instead she was rude if she was the General Manager she should be reprimanded.
