Closes early, service seriously lacking.. Their advertised as to stay open til midnight however they stopped taking orders at 10:55pm, left a large line of cars sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, allowed 2 or 3 cars to place their orders at 11:25pm and told the rest of us that we had to leave due to them only having 2 employees when I seen at least 3 or 4 inside joking around and laughing.. I don't understand how you can run a business like this, then they have had signs on the drive thru saying their system is down at 11pm, it's an issue with the franchise owner allowing this to happen and corporate simply ignoring the problem.. When you attempt to complain to Corporate about this the webpage gives a 404 webpage not found after completing my complaint so it seems they've blocked the ability to complain, about a year ago I went inside in the middle of the day and had an employee walk away from the register before I had even spoke to them, they went outside for a smoke break and ignored a line full of customers, nobody else helped due to only the cashier being able to use the register.. This business sounds like they're lacking in many departments when it comes to customer service, false advertising and lies to paying customers.. If they simply posted that they close at 11pm then I probably wouldn't have made this post but with the waiting for half an hour and then the webpage 404ing, it seems like a deliberate attempt to ignore their responsibilities.. If they can't serve the Public then maybe another owner needs to take a shot at it because the current management doesn't seem to care how they treat people and with corporate not allowing complaints through their Wendy's website, it seems it's all deliberate..
