The business provided solar panels for my house with warranty to cover all of the equipment and panels for 25 years. The company Said they had been in business for 46 years and now I cannot and get in touch with anyone associated with them other than Bluewater electric in Ravenel South Carolina. Their name is listed on the contract but they say they didn’t sign it.

This homeowner signed a contract for a solar system to be installed. He has a warranty from the manufacturer if parts fail. Which they did and the manufacturer sent him replacement parts. He is demanding that we install them for free which is not part of the signed agreement with someone else. I am the electrical contractor that did the tie in for his system, nothing more. The original contractor is out of business and a new company has taken over all of their work. His contract says "parts only" and no one is going to go up and install them for free. My business is being tagged because of frustrations toward another company. His fight is not with meBusiness response

The contract clearly states that "All labor is warranted by SEER for 25 years" I am not SEER. I am Blue Water Electric who does electric work. We have had all these discussions already and I'm guessing he will continue to until he gets something for free. I am not going to do free work for him.
