    Apartments are unsafe and not up to code. Property manager deducts from rental payment and applies to late fees so an eviction notice can be brought up even though all rental payments have been paid. Receipts on file. Building is literally falling apart around us. Next door apartment has been completely destroyed and nothing has been done. We are month to month. Lease expired more than 10 years ago. We arent allowed to speak to manager on site in person. This is a slum lord situation. If we owe back rent from September 2023 how are we still living on the property?

    THE ***** THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE AT DEERFIELD RUN NEEDS TO BE THE **** FIRED. Yes ****** FIRED. The b**** is RUDE AS **** and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. How the office opens at 9, but when I show up to see when I can move in at 10, her fat sloppy a** see me coming and gets up and immediately tells me that she needs 15 to 20 minutes, ***** FOR WHAT? You dont even know who I am or what I want but have to nerve to be RUDE.. Why arent you prepared for your work day at 10am???? Why are you so nasty and rude but work in customer service??? POWER ********************** please get outta your office and come see about your properties for YOURSELF The people you have trusted to take care of your rental properties ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS PROPERLY OR AT ALL!!! Maintenance aint maintaining S*** You can call Deerfield Run and the b**** wont even say her name when she answers the phone IF SHE EVEN ANSWERS THE ********** I will be notifying the *** board as well as the city to inform them that they need to go out and check both properties for building code violations as well as the health inspector!!!!!

    Thank you for providing us with this information. ********************************* is not a resident of our Apartment Complex but we have confirmed that a conversation did take place. Additional time was requested by our Property Manager, as she was in the middle of conducting an interview with a potential new employee. Upon making this request, the complainant became verbally abusive towards our employee. Our District Manger has addressed her concerns from the information provided above and reviewed **************** Techniques that are to be used in order to prevent a situation of this nature from reoccurring. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this interaction.
