on 01/24/2023 I took my 2012 **** f150 because of front driver window not working, a diagnosis was done which I was charged for. The Technician said I needed a window motor which I let them replace. when I got my truck and headed home I noticed my sideview mirrors did not work, when I took it back the technician had for gotten to plug them back in. After that was done I left again and before I got home again my windows stopped working and my door sensor came on which was not happening before they serviced my truck. When I took my truck back this time the technician said a sensor was not plugged properly and it was plugged now. After this I got home this time.and the windows worked until 01/31/2023 and the same problem returned windows not working and door sensor on. I took truck back and told them the same problems returned and would like to get them repaired. They wanted to charge me for another diagnosis which I refused. After waiting 2 hours and seeing everyone that was there when I arrived where gone and they never looked at my truck and could not give me a specific time I left and decided to file this complaint.Business response

The manager, ***************************, reached out to ******************** and invited him back to our center to check his vehicle. He brought the truck back in on Thursday 2/23/23. We were able to recheck our repair, it is good. He stated the "Door Ajar" light comes on periodically and the only window that functions when that happens is the passenger front. We initially replaced the driver's side window motor and regulator due to it being faulty. The technician checked the wiring harness for door, is ok. We were not able to duplicate his issue on Thursday. He brought truck back Friday, 2/24/23, we again checked system and components. Everything worked as intended. ******************** stated when he set his e-brake the day before, the light came on and he had the same issue. We did find a frayed ground wire in the driver's side kick panel, we did repair the ground. We have not been able to duplicate customer's issue, but we do want to remedy his vehicle issue - Our work on the initial repair is good. Customer will return if this happens again.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Thank you, as of right now my truck is working properly now and I understand that there is a 12 month warranty on the work that that has been done.
