            I got my car misdiagnosed by this company they charged me $480 and the car broke down the same day. The refused to refund the money and insisted they could fix it because the part was defective. I then had to pay for a second tow to get the car up there because I had to tow it to get it up there the first time. They proceeded to change out the part for the second time and it proceeded to break down again. At this point we requested a refund after they acknowledged that it was a misdiagnoses and not a faulty part. They wanted to keep the money for the labor and part costs due to their misdiagnosis mistake. We were not refunded a cent and were out almost $800 including the tows for a car that never worked. They refused to figure out the real reason the car wasnt working and just kept my money after requesting a refund because none of this was our fault. They never fulfilled the contract but received payment.

            BEWARE of these SCAMMERS!!!! These people misdiagnosed my car and proceeded to fix a problem that did not need to get fixed. These people stole $500 from me and my family and I only received a car that broke down the same day!!!! The tried to fix it again the same way and it was just misdiagnosed!!! All these people care about is taking your money!!! They have no clue how to fix a car and should stick to tires, which is why it is called Tire Town. GO ELSEWHERE AND DONT TAKE A CHANCE WITH YOUR CAR OR MONEY. They want $55 just to TOUCH THE **** and $110 to see whats wrong and that is really taking a chance. GO ANYWHERE ELSE if you really need to get your car fixed by trustworthy people who arent OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!!
