Poor workmanship, we had to go back three times to get the wedding dress fitted correctly, ultimately spent close to 7 hours there. The owner tended to interrupt a lot and speak over people, which made it that much more difficult to communicate what the issues are. We submitted the bag with the wedding gown and the veil expecting them to be able to keep track of their inventory. They LOST THE VEIL. They refused to acknowledge that they lost it, they had the bag for WEEKS with multiple people working with the bag and gown. They refused to take responsibility. We called asking for the owner to try to work things out, was told we'll get a call back. We were ignored and never received one. Going into the store, we again asked for the owner and was greeted by a manager who again refused to take ownership of the fact that they lost it. Only after making a scene did the owner finally decide to talk to us. She gave us the same story. We asked them to replace the veil and she again refused and would not take responsibility. After much argument we left without any resolution. I would implore anyone to go with somebody else. This is not a quality seamstress and they will will look to avoid taking care of the customer.
