              I went to this dental office with my husband on August 22, 2022 and was told my copay is $80.10 which I paid with a credit card and my insurance processed the claim on August 25, 2022 and that I only should have paid $ ***** so I called for a refund was told a week or two so I waited approximately two and a half weeks called back and spoke with the same person she said it was going to be a few months to get a refund check and ended up hanging up on me so I called back and told her she hung up on me and she argued a couple of times that she didn't hang up on me so I told her to listen to the recording as the call may have been recording then she changed her tune and was polite that was on September 20, 2022. On October 12, 2022 I called my insurance and they stated the check cleared on September 26, 2022 and I still have not received a refund of $ *****. I canceled future appointments we had as I will not go back to be treated like this. I have gone to another dentist.
