I filed an old tax return. $202 of that returned went to this company. They say I still owe them $687.33. I never used this company. I called 5/6/24 and was told to talk to the finance manager ******** and I was transferred to her phone number which is ************. I left a Voicemail that day since she did not pick up the phone. I waited until 5/21/24 and called back to try again. This time I sent an email to her ***************************************** on 5/21/24. Still no response so I called again 6/4/24 and talked to **** and told her whats going on and she sent an email to their billing department. ******** called me and after telling her whats going on she even inform me that they dont have me owing them $687.33 but she showed $138. I told her I never used them. She then told me she will send a email to ********. I told her I called her multiple times, left voicemail, and emailed her. ******** said she is the finance manager so she has to fix this. I waited a few more days then called back and she told me ******** is out at lunch and she will tell her to call me back. I never Received a call back. I asked to speak to her manager over ********. I left him a message like a week or week in a half ago not sure the exact date and now its 6/24/24 and I havent heard back from anyone at this company.
