Business was operating under DWS grading when they installed a new septic system at a new construction home. 8 months later the system failed. We then learned along with SC DHEC that ************************* installed the system incorrectly and not per DHEC permitted plan. Weve been trying to resolve this for over a year. The owners are having to pump the system every few days. Contractor refusing to repair unless we purchase materials. He cracked the tank in an attempt to find the issue and tried to cover that up. Its a completely failed septic system in less than a year. We have all documentation.

We have never done business with this person under Big Dog Grading. We did business with him under another business all together and that business no longer exists so I dont think its fair that he tries to put a bad reputation on my business.
