              *********, we welcome feedback both positive and negative. I understand that you are frustrated that you had a previous buyer that fell through the day of closing. By receiving the letter from us, it means you are in an area we are interested in buying, however we still needed to make sure your house meets our criteria. Not all houses meet our criteria as I mentioned that to you when we briefly spoke. I do wish you the best in selling your house.
