I was using then for gas deliveries and we no longer needed the 100 gal tank,I called several times to see if they could move the tank to another spot. I was asked for my info and someone would call me back. They were many times as well there was no answer. I finally called and asked for the tank to be pick up. It was weeks before they finally came. I was never told of a fee to pick up the rented tank, which was filled with still propane. They did say they would let me know how many gallons and would send me a check. (this was the man that came to pick it up). It was picked up on Dec 5, 2022. I have continued to contact them for my money. I was told in Feb that a check was in the mail less ****** for a pick up fee. I was very upset, I was never told it was a fee like that and wanted to speak with a manager. I was told someone would contact me. I have never heard, I have left voice mails and I still have not received any money back for the Gas that was still in the tank.
