Their warranty division as contractor for American Home Shield is horrable, took 14 days to get service appointment, then 5 days to get part, then and only then they would schedule installation appointment, that took another 8 days, then day of appointment they rescheduled again four days later due employee issue, not my problem! No AC for 24 days and counting. They could care less, no effort on their behalf.

Hello , I am a current homeowner that has been having trouble with my HVAC unit. Weve used ******** home shield and was provided with your companies expertise. We have spent countless money on trying to resolve this issue. They have came out at least three times with new parts and new suggestions and we arent pleased with the results. After the last visit we finally had air but for ONLY 2 weeks. The day they installed the new compressor we had to pay which is fair. The only thing is the technician sad he had bad news in which it lead to him informing ** that we needed a new motor. So we had to call in again to be charged with another service fee. We had to wait another week for them to come out. The motor that was recently installed worked fine for 2 weeks. We had another company to come out and look just to see what could have possibly gone wrong. They informed ** that the motor elite and air installed was to big thats why it never stopped rocking. On top of that it was overfilled refrigerant that also seemed to look like old refrigerate. We are currently on our 4th call in to figure this out and I just feel like Im being robbed of my money because why would they install a motor thats not suppose to go with the original compressor. As well as we paid out of pocket to get new refrigerant. I would like to be compensated back or at least have this issue resolved. I have children that cant sleep because were constantly sweating because of no air. Thank you for listening and i hope we can resolve this as quickly as possible!
