My son tried out and was was placed on a baseball team that was supposed to play fall tournaments(15u/16u). The owner, Roy R********* and his wife, Wendi R*********, reached out confirming the team placement and gave venmo info for payments. The total cost was a $200 deposit as well as 3 payments of $158.00. We made the deposit payment as well of 2 of the 3 payments for $158.00 before the 3rd payment was requested, to which we had solidified any information regarding playing on the team mentioned. We paid a total of $516 and are just looking for a refund. We have reached out multiple times since starting payments July 23, 2022 and have not heard anything. No one has contacted us or will answer out emails, text messages or phone calls.Business response

I'm going to have to research this matter. I don’t know where they have emailed, as I haven’t seen any. I do remember the last name, but also have had any calls to me. Let me look into this matter, and I’ll resolve it with them.Customer response
