My wife purchased a electric football game of off Tudor Games website as a present to me for our 40th Anniversary. She ordered on 4/4/24 and paid $328.98. The game waa delivered on 4/11/24, and I was excited like a little kid to receive it. I opened the box and inside was the electric football field, 2 goal posts, 4 cords, and no instructions. I had no idea how to hook up the power and was frustrated I could do nothing. I called Tudor 3 times, no answer, and I was calling during their published hours. I went on ******** and complained, about 4 hours later the owner called and helped me through getting the cords connected. I could run players around I guess but couldnt play a game without the rest of the part. The owner Bryan N***, said he was sorry and that on Friday when he returned that he would send out what I was missing and add some extras to make up for my inconvenience. I have not received anything and that was 2 weeks ago. I have gone on ******** and complained and had people who know Bryan say thats not like him and we will get it fixed, bur norhing. He has told me to stop contacting him and I will if he sends my the parts my wife paid for and fixes the sticker. I foegot to mention, my wife paid an extra $80 to have them put a vikings field sticker on which was not applied correctly and runs up the inside end board and takes away from the appearance of the game. Bryan was the one that applied the sticker and was insulted when I told him it was not right, and believe that is why we are were we are today.
