This is a very unprofessional ran business we got a dog from there had it a week she bit one of my kids and attacked a neighbors dog remind you this was suppose to be a highly trained “service dog” I do not recommend Cultured k9 to anyone be careful she will try to get you to pay 2500 for a untrained aggressive dog labeled as a service dog! And she herself was very rude during the whole process we had to beg her to come get the dog she wasn’t even willing to to give my $500.00 deposit back after she claimed this dog was dot trained panic and anxiety attack interruptions public access and she was none of that This was all very stressful and she has our $500 deposit which I believe we should have back due to her lying saying dog was a service dog and clearly she wasn’t I’m just appalled with my experience with this company her husband is very professional and very nice she on the other hand is rude and very childish!!!!

I sent my 4 month old puppy to this trainer under the impression she specialized in training German shepherds and she told me she worked with the ********** Police department I signed a contract stated I would only be paying $1280 for a two week board and train. She ended up charging me about $1380. And my puppy was NOT trained the way she assured me he would be. He also came home with blood shot eyes and she told me he chocked himself on his leashes because of his anxiety issues. No one including the new trainer I had to higher to fix the issues he still had and had gotten worse, has any issues with him chocking himself on his leashes. She did not give my dog proper care and she lied numerous times about the experience she has training. The trainer I am currently using and the ** police officers with ********** police department I spoke with said the verbiage she used when talking about my puppy shows she isn't properly trained to be training dogs.
