I recently filed a complaint about a local plumber **** ******** plumbing in Westminster, SC that in 2/24 he put in the wrong kind of well water house filter that was too small not cleaning water! He wouldn't answer or come back to change it. Cost me $400. It has taken me til June to find a plumber to put a correct kind & changebthe rod in hot water heater because that small filter I had wasn't cleaning the water so sulfur build up on the rod causing rotten egg odor with hot water!! It got fixed by the plumber business Best Services of Oconee. Ok now when it all got fixed turned on water the new water house filter filled up with brown water. John the plumber said because all that was build up in hot water pipes since the small filter wasn't cleaning it! So now each day use that filter it gets more dirty brown. So I called him at Best services Monday to discuss it which he told me filter can be used til water pressure gets lower & don't have to be changed yet. I told him about smell but he said it's OK. Well since Monday my water is starting to smell more which means filter needs changing. Cold water is smelling not hot which always means the filter. So I had to buy a new one which cost $50 bucks. I attempted to change it today x2 but was unable to get cannister loose to take old one out. I had told John the plumber, not to put it on tight so I can take it off myself. So it is own too tight cause can't loosen it. I took pressure off of it both times I tried but still will not loosen. I called Best Services but lady in office said got no one to come today so I'm to use dirty water til who knows when. Told them send just an assistant to loosen it & I will do the rest. She wouldn't consider it. I told her since John caused the issue I'm not paying for a five minute visit!! John called telling how to take it off & it isn't on tight but he hasn't even checked. Told him already had done all that &he is stronger then me & not paying a visit he laughed! Crystal office.

Our plumbing department began working with ****** ********* on 6/6/24 when they were asked to provide an estimate to install the customer provided filter for her well.  We advised her we do not work on well’s but are able to assist with the filter she was purchasing.  We recommended she have someone come look at her well in case there was something wrong.  ****** approved the estimate to have this work completed ($750).  The plumbing service manager, John, visited the residence on 6/19 to replace her filter and install an anno rod in the water heater.   Upon arrival, the filter she purchased was incorrect but would be able to be utilized for a short time.  During the service call, John, showed her how to remove the filter so she could replace it with the correct item.  He specifically didn’t use tools to tighten the filter cabinet so she would be able to access it without a problem.  On 6/28, ****** called our office to complain about her water still having an odor and not being able to remove the filter.   Crystal, our CSR, advised her we didn’t have any availability at that time due to the emergency calls we were servicing.  ****** continued to harass Crystal by yelling at her and demanding she get someone to her home immediately.  She was not accepting our next available appointment, which was in 2 days.  Melissa, our Office Manager, tried to explain to ****** we just didn’t have the availability to get to her right then and there.  John then called to speak with her as he re-explained to her why her water has an odor, as well as how to replace the filter.  She continued to yell and scream at him and demand he dispatch to her residence immediately.  She would not take no for an answer, nor would she allow us to schedule her for our next available appointment.

We have reviewed all our calls with ****** as they are all recorded.  We tried to offer her resolution at the time of her calling, unfortunately, she couldn’t understand we had emergencies (sewer back-ups, water heaters that don’t work, clogged toilets, leaking pipes) that took priority.
