    This has got to be the worst service department. I have an electrical issue with my truck. I took it up there and they called me after several days to say that it was fixed. I went to pick it up. I paid them several hundred dollars and proceeded to drive home. As I was driving home, I got a notification on the panel saying it's the same problem. I called them another day and they said bring it back. I did. They kept the truck again for several days. No one called me about the part so I called them. They told me that the part would be in yesterday so I should bring the truck back to them. I took off work today and brought the truck back. A couple of hours later I'm told that it was ready. After paying them again because they said that it was a different issue, I drove home only to find the same notification on the panel. Now they want me to bring it in again. I am not happy with their way of doing service. They're probably not even addressing the issue or if they are, they're not testing it after "fixing it.". It's disrespectful to have me go back and forth with the truck because the problem isn't addressed. They must think that I have all my time dedicated to taking my truck over to that incompetent service department.

    This dealership does not seem interested in earning a customer's business. I had been working with them for several days and we had almost come to an agreement, but it just wasn't right for me. The next day they got back in touch with me offering me more for my trade, in the range I was looking for, so I messaged back asking if with that offer everything else remained the same. I got no reply back for three days. On the fourth day I received a message asking what they need to do to earn my business. I asked where we were on pricing, and I was informed we were in the same place as three days ago. I told them to go ahead and put everything together, that I was good with the pricing. After an hour or so I received the packet, which was not correct. They knocked my trade value back to the pre agreed value and market their truck up several thousand from the advertised "internet" pricing. I informed him that those numbers were not what was agreed upon or advertised and I was not going to purchase at that pricing. Instead of fixing the errors to the pricing that was agreed upon I was told good luck with your shopping. With how this situation unfolded I feel as if the dealer or salesperson was being deceitful, hoping that I would not catch these errors. It is disappointing that my time would be wasted, and a dealership would try to lie about pricing to make a sale. After posting this review on Google I was then harassed by the GM about my review. Conducting business in this manor is completely uncalled for and brings into question the character of the people working there.

    After 20 bad reviews on other dealerships, I don't think we are the problem! I called him out on lying and the facts! Real Simple!
